Return & Refund Policy

At MWE Jewelry, we want you to be absolutely enchanted by your crystal and Czech glass treasures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us of a return request. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • For DIY Jewelry Kits: All components (beads, threads, tools) must be sealed and present. We cannot accept returns for kits that have been partially assembled or where the material bags have been opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (if the seal is broken or they have been worn).

  • Customized/Bespoke orders created specifically for you.

  • Items on Clearance/Final Sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at elindiyshop@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  3. Photos of the product in its original packaging.

Please note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), MWE Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For "Change of Mind" returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elindiyshop@gmail.com.

7. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our [Shipping Policy] and contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement for you immediately.
